Liu Wen by Guy Aroch for WWD Beauty Biz. Liu Wen has really been killing it this past year. She's the first Asian (Chinese, specifically) model I've seen get so much exposure; in the fall 2010 shows, she walked for labels like Chanel, Jean Paul Gaultier, Roberto Cavalli and Givenchy. In Spring 2010, she walked 70 shows. I think as such a force in the industry, she's paving the way for other Asian models to break through, which is always nice, because I'm Asian (Vietnamese, specifically) and well, come on. I need some girls to represent.
