Leave it to Balenciaga to brighten up the fall runway shows with colour. I'm so refreshed (isn't that my theme this week?) by the pastel palette of peach, turquoise, tangerine and aqua and I love the casual/sporty sweater dressing and bright geometric prints. I guess this is atypical of me, but sometimes it's necessary to step out of your monochrome. The print pants in the 3rd picture kind of remind me of a Peter Som Spring 2010 print I was obsessed with. I kind of feel like I'm in Small World if you replace the menacing animatronic dolls with pretty pretty models wearing pretty pretty clothes.
