More on Marchesa

If you weren't awed by my last post, then be awed by these close-ups. Yes, the collection is still making me giddy. These images are via Rumi at fashiontoast. If you don't know who that is, you should. She is amazing and huge in the fashion/style blogosphere.

Marchesa Fall 2010 RTW

Holy ruffled tulle, Batman. Yeah. There's nothing simple about these dresses. We're talking cheeky spectacle of organza, feathers, beading and lace. But Marchesa's fanciful dresses are just FUN to admire and totally wearable (I know I would). That second one, with its tattoo-like embroidered bodice is kind of the coolest thing I've ever seen. Oh, and that floor length silver dress? That is all beading.
